- For an anonymous send: by ticking the “This is a gift” option, your name will be hidden on the package. You can even leave an anonymous message on the wrapping paper.

We offer free worldwide delivery options, and we try to offer as many delivery options as possible so that your packages arrive quickly.
What is “sent by a partner”?
As is often the case today in e-commerce, some of our gifts are shipped directly from our suppliers’ stocks without going through our storage location – and this to save you shipping costs. On most “partner shipped” products, we offer you delivery because it is slow and can take up to 3 weeks
Are gifts sent anonymously? Are the prices visible?
Gifts are always sent anonymously, your recipient will never have access to the name of the person who sent the package unless you decide to add a personalized word and leave your name on it.
We add to each package sent from our stock a delivery note, which contains legal information about our company, the name and address of the recipient and the list of the items contained in the delivery. Sometimes, a price can appear for customs regulations.
In which countries do you ship to?
We currently ship to all North American adresses. Shipping methods differ by department, country, and shipping costs are calculated when finalizing your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We manage just-in-time orders, so it is no longer possible for us to modify its content and the information provided when placing your order (address, size, colour…). You can contact us via the contact form if you need any help.
The tracking of my package indicates it as delivered, yet I have not received anything. What to do about it?
If the tracking indicates that your parcels have been delivered, it means that the carrier has validated his depot at the specified address. Please contact the carrier, with your parcel number, to inform him that the parcel has visibly disappeared.
How to send the gift to someone else?
You can of course send the gifts to someone elese (and in a completely anonymous way). To do this, check the option provided on the last page of the order. You will still have to fill in your billing information, but we keep it for us.
What are the payment options? Are they secure?
We try to offer as many payment methods as possible so that you can pay for your order in complete serenity. The options currently available are Credit Cards, Paypal, and payments in Bitcoin and Ethereum via Coinbase. All our payment methods are at the latest security standards with SSL certificates.

How to use a promotional code?
Your promotional code (or coupon) can be applied, under certain conditions, directly when placing your order. The coupon code filling field is located below the “Order” button on the last page of the order process. The amount will be updated automatically. Some coupons are valid only once, or for a fixed period of time.

I would like to return items to you, what is the procedure?
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, please tell us immediately. We offer a full money-back guarantee for all online purchases.
It’s ok if you changed your mind. These things happen. We’ll even cover the cost of return shipping.
If the product is faulty, we will refund your money or send you a new item – your choice.
If you purchased the wrong size or we sent the wrong item, we’ll swap it over no questions asked.

- What you’d like (exchange or refund)
Now for the nitty gritty – you have 30 days from the date of purchase to issue the return request form. after 30 days from the date of your initial purchase, you will not be eligible to exchange or refund your item.

The products do not look like the picture on the site
The photos of the products are not contractual. The site editor cannot therefore be held liable if the characteristics of the objects differ from the visuals on the site or even if they are erroneous or incomplete. In this case, you can always send us back the item in question with the refund procedure.
I received a defective/broken product, what should I do?
You must contact our customer service department within 7 days of receiving your order. We recommend that you include with your message photos/videos of the defective/broken item as well as your NAME, FIRST NAME and ORDER NUMBER so that a solution can be found as quickly as possible.
